We were all young and still narrow-minded. It was hard to justify my human experience because I had not been capable of accurately constructing a genuine opinion of anything. People, food, animals, plants, cars, language, was all-alien since I had never left Virginia. Refusing to accept the social programming from the screens, I always made sure I went to experience something before judging it. We should not be judging anyways; that is God’s #1 rule, but still. The purpose of me writing this blog, is just to share thoughts of why I want to visit and experience these places. I hope that my imagination and desire will push someone else five steps closer to going somewhere uncomfortable they have never been.

The number one place I want to visit is Santorini, Greece. European culture is already rich and alluring with no explanation. My first site of interest was the black sand beaches in Santorini. Coastline and views are all I need to know when I am going to a place. Santorini also has well-known wine. I am not the biggest fan of Mediterranean food but paired with red wine, that changes things. Along the coast, there are a few different trails that really capture the topography and layout of the entire city. And to coincide with the trails, are also random historical sites. The entire country is filled with art and history. When I visit a place like Santorini, I would like to spend time studying the art inside the churches. Not per se because of religion, but the detail and images are just always immaculate in religious buildings. Stained glass art in these types of places is one of my favorite things to see.

I often daydream of doing psilocybin and going to see the Northern Lights. You can view the Northern Lights from a few different sites around the Earth. I do not fare well in cold climates, but Finland artic resort is on my wish list. It is a resort that has views of the Northen lights. They have hybrid log cabin, glass roof igloo units. This is to emphasize the view of the lights from your cozy Ice plex. If you are going to Alaska to view, September to April is "aura season." Fairbanks, Alaska is said to be the place to go to for optimal viewing. There are other cities to see as well that have more attractions, festivals, and people. Also, a National Park if you are one of those travelers. I prefer, progressively more comfort, as the environment drops in temperature. The northern lights are mesmerizing as they are; but enhanced with the visual experiences of psilocybin, I think that it would be a life changing experience.

Of course, Tulum and the Mayan Ruins of Mexico made my list. I like to read about ancient civilizations and the genius of earlier groups of humans. Some things that fascinate me about them are the fact that the stone had to be brought from long distances. The perfect cut of the stones, and the fact that technology has revealed the pyramids go way further beneath ground. Graham Hancock's novel "Fingerprints of the God's," brought my attention to how intricate these ancient structures were built. The builders used precise trigonometry to align these goliath statues with the solar system perfectly, with no electricity. I think that it would be super fun to do one of the ATV off road tours. Another thing that many people do not know, is that Tequila tastes different in Mexico. In America, we have tequila flavored liquor, but in Mexico it is said to have completely different taste. I have had the pleasure of meeting different Mexican cultures, and I would love an experience beyond a resort.

Nashville is high on my priority list and will probably get to experience this place first. I would love to just do the bar crawl and listen to live country music for a week. I think Tennessee is a cool state in general and how it splits time zones. I probably won't play it in my car unwarranted, but I do enjoy country songs. I like when people can sing and many of them sing like gospel singers. Nashville looks full of energy, good southern food, and expensive boots. I look at people who wear nice boots, like people who wear expensive watches. Cowboy boots are in a universe of their own. I have been told you can carry your drink from bar to bar, so I like how that makes the strip of downtown seem more open and communal. Also, not a good dancer at all, but I am a person of experience and just want to be immersed in all a country Nashville can offer me.

San Diego has been on my list since a very underwhelming trip to San Francisco. What I did like about San Francisco, was Alcatraz. And I do suggest taking that tour if you do decide to visit San Francisco. Most people know it for being a prison, but it is mostly an Indian Reservation. Also, I was a huge fan of Super-Duper Burgers and their milkshakes. The bad parts were the extreme homelessness, city smell, expensive prices, traffic, and lack of greenery. San Diego is said to be more family friendly and cleaner. It might be fun to catch a baseball game and see what the downtown has to offer. Legoland would be on my to do list. Little Italy of New York was a phenomenal experience, so it would only be right to experience Little Italy of San Diego. There are cruises on the Bay which are always romantic across the artic waters. And hopefully I can get my PGA card to play some golf!

El Salvador is on the list. Jannice is from there and she always tells me stories of it. I did also see this famous slide. There is a restaurant along a volcano, and this huge rainbow slide is an attraction of the restaurant. I think that it is a cool concept, and it is immersed near the center of the country. The volcanoes and views of this country are so mind-blowing. I also found out that it is home to Mayan Ruins as well. There is nothing more puzzling to me than these pyramids across the globe. There are multiple national parks to visit, and some hikes have waterfalls and beautiful lakes. And I am not sure if you have tried a pupusa before, but I would love nothing more than to have an organic pupusa from El Salvador.

Of course, Puerto Rico is a destination. The water is so clear there, like no other place I have ever seen. I grew up with a handful of Puerto Rican friends and even have the flag tattooed on my back. One of my best friends is from Crash boat Beach in Aguadilla and I always love how clean and beautiful the water is. And I think the water is very warm during the summer. Puerto Rico has very reasonable flights just a skip and a jump from South Florida. It adds to my interest of Latin Caribbean culture. I always grew up listening to the music and eating the food. San Juan the capital is also where majority of people I meet are from. I want to fully immerse myself into the island eventually.

I would like to play golf in South Africa one day and experience the wine and scenery. I have been told and seen photos of the wild elephants. That is a golf experience I yearn for. Also, I believe the exchange rate for USD is pretty good there. I have friends from there, also met families from there, and they are some of the best-looking humans on Earth. South African women are very pretty. I mentioned the wine earlier because the wine history in South Africa dates back many centuries. I would like to do the full tour to see how the grapes are grown, and vineyards are kept. I have had South African wines before, but I would like the actual experience with a full dinner. A safari would be on the to do list that week as well.

I do not like flying that much so I never thought about Asia, until I learned you can ride elephants in Indonesia. My best friend Domonique is half Thai so whenever he visits Asia he takes pictures of Thailand. I do not have a real plan of what I would do in Asia, but I can say the elephant riding in Indonesia is #1. One thing I do like about Asian culture is that their countries have more unity so things like public transportation and morals are better than America where you can essentially be indecent at your own discretion and possibly get famous for it. Also, in Asian countries they do fun parades from what I have seen. Tradition is attractive to me when deciding to visit places. Eventually, I will pinpoint where I really want to invest my time. Probably, Japan with my interest in anime and cars.

One of my favorite things to do it be outside and go camping. Not sure if I would stay overnight, but Zion National Forrest would be life changing for me. I spent three nights in Bear Country Kentucky with Angie camping once and that was fun/scary. The woods don't sleep. Listening to all the activity in the forest at night can be overwhelming if you are not one with nature. I have done hikes all over from Virginia to North Carolina. I would like to mention some things to bring. Drinking water, nuts (trail mix, seeds, protein bar), walking stick, backpack, knife, lighter, bug spray, portable charger, and a compass. Sometimes life is about falling in love with the journey as much as the destination, and hiking has taught me that.

Peru has four of the top restaurants on planet earth and has been ranked best food in the world multiple times over the last decade. I worked at a family-owned Peruvian restaurant to better learn Spanish and fell in love with the cuisine. Peru has cheap flights and is a shorter flight than Florida to California. Peru is also home to another geographic site Graham Hancock mentions in his writings, which is Machu Picchu. Such a historical place of human architectural achievement. Peru also captures some of the Amazon Rainforest, which is vital to humanity. I am reluctant to visit the amazon, solely for the fact humans are ruining it for selfish reasons. It is constantly on fire and animals are becoming extinct. There are many other places to hike such as Rainbow Mountain. Peru is an awesome vacation idea.

The Salt Flats of West Bolivia at sunset seems to me like a life changing view. I want to take pictures of the landscape in this angelic like scenery. There are parts where you can see reflections, mountains in the abyss, cacti from the mainland, and tiles of salt designs under your feet. I think that this is a rare and unique find on Earth that would enhance my artistic capabilities and understanding.

The Grand Canyon and/or the Canyons in Arizona seem like such a great get away. I have never been to the dessert, and I am very fascinated by natural earth structures such as the wonders of the world. I am obsessed with the look of the waves on the canyons, whether it be super weathered and smooth or sharp and rocky. The temperature extremes of the dessert and the distribution of daylight, provides for a great experience if you are a real traveler such as me. Any place where there is limited light pollution, will let nature take over.

I know Western media has tarnished the perception of Africa. Therefore, to get a real understanding of the motherland, I would like to visit Morocco, Ethiopia, Egypt, or Libya. There is so much rich culture and history that I know I cannot understand from the western hemisphere. When I visit art museums, the jewelry from African Art stands out the most to me. I would love to bring some back to Florida on my trip to the motherland. The pyramids of Egypt are fascinating to me in comparison to the ones in the Western Hemisphere. I also saw this video on how Congolese people dip all their food. I want nothing more than to take a trip, to eat Fufu, and eat with my hands all the delicious cuisine.
