"Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee." This famous Muhammad Ali quote is very powerful. I read one of his biographies as a kid and that was when I learned about his real name and activism. With this piece I wanted to portray the idea of the wings flapping aggressively with the brush strokes I used. And the bee part is important also, considering we really do need to save the bees. You ever go outside and notice you never see bumble bees anymore?
